“What I Learned from Creating a Perfume Film Entirely with AI”

I often get hands on with Gen AI tools, there's so much to love about them. Well and this was a result of that. Just a desire to try, push, and see what’s possible. I knew it wouldn’t be magic. It would mean tool-hopping, dead ends, and restarts.

This ended up being more “test & learn” than final polish. It wasn’t one prompt or a single button push. It was layering, adjusting, looping — shifting lighting, color, movement, voice timing. Swapping between generative video models, VFX pipelines, compositing tools, and editing engines until it felt right. So here's a peek at what came out of it.
